Improve the end-to-end experience of internal sales tools by conducting usability tests. Identifying UX issues, and implementing design recommendations Evaluated current branding, products, and company details to create new style guides and dashboard designs. Created storyboards and personas as per users and incorporated them into design decisions, resulting in an improved and significant design creation. Designed wireframes and interactive prototypes, organizing content, always focusing on the needs and goals of real users. Prototyped consumer-facing dashboards and websites using Figma. Worked close with developers to implement UI design changes. Responsible for Interface design, user flow mapping, and overall user experience.
