UX Research and Heuristic Analysis

The project involved conducting a comprehensive UX research and heuristic analysis for Adecco USA's website, with the goal of identifying usability issues and recommending improvements to enhance the user experience.

The project began by conducting a thorough heuristic analysis, following established usability principles and guidelines. The analysis focused on evaluating the website's overall usability, navigation, content organization, visual design, and interaction design. Through this process, a range of usability issues and opportunities for improvement were identified.
